BEST FOODS FOR HAIR GROWTH

  • SPINACH - Spinach contain Iron and Vitamins which promote hair growth and reduce hair fall. Our hair cells need minerals which is provide by spinach. You can eat spinach every day but in limited quantity. Vitamin A helps in moisturizing the scalp and other Vitamins in spinach provide Keratin to the scalp. Always remember don't eat Spinach too much because if you eat in an unlimited manner then it also causes hair loss.
  • EGGS - As we all know Eggs contain a lot of proteins and our hair needs proteins for healthy growth. Eggs also provide Vitamin D which makes hair strong and shiny. Eat boiled Egg which is good for hair as well as for the body. It also provides Biotin which ensures hair growth. If you eat two eggs weekly this may lead to a reduction in hair loss.
  • WALNUTS - Walnuts provide Magnesium, Nutrients, Fatty Acids which help in reducing hair fall day by day. You can eat one walnut a day. If you want the best result you must eat them in the morning. This is another best food which comes in the category of nuts and nuts are very beneficial to promote hair growth.

  • CARROTS - Carrots provide Vitamin C and E which makes Blood circulation better in the scalp. You should drink carrot juice which helps in reducing gray hairs. You can make a  Salad of carrots. For healthy hair, it is very important to make roots strong this is only possible when you eat carrots.
  • CHICKEN - Chicken contains proteins and helps in providing strength to the hair. You can eat boiled chicken and Grilled Chicken which is also good in taste. For stronger hair, you must eat chicken and you see good results. Don't eat chicken too much eat in a limited manner. This is another best food to promote hair growth.
  • KIWI - This is the best fruit for hair growth. It provides Iron which makes hair  Longer and Stronger. It contains Vitamins C, E, and minerals like Zinc, Magnesium which maintain Blood Circulation and provide nourishment to the Scalp. You must drink Kiwi Juice every day. It also helps in reducing Dandruff.
  • Almonds - Almonds provide vital nutrients to the hair which help in reducing Splits, Dandruff and protect hairs from premature Graying. Almonds are very good for long hair. You must eat almonds in the Morning or you can mix Almonds in milk
  • Anjeer - It is also known as Fig. Anjeer makes your hair shiny if you eat them daily in the morning. Anjeer is rich in Vitamin K which helps in the maintenance of hair and Magnesium helps in reducing hair fall.
