Happiness Happens When You Love Yourself First!!

Here is the purpose of happiness.

People, like everything else, are energy--Divine Beings (pure energy) living human experiences in physical bodies. We are not our bodies or our minds. We are Spirits, Souls--eternal bundles of energy.

Energy vibrates at different frequencies. Higher frequencies move quickly in tall waves. Everything good and happy feels good. Everything that is not good, the things and people we seek to avoid, all vibrate at low frequencies.

When you love yourself first you live in happiness. By law, you attract WHO you are and HOW you are in life. You attract all the good things and people.

When you love yourself first (Love vibrates at the highest frequency. God is LOVE.) you attract all that vibrates at high frequencies. Your love impacts others, the community, and the planet.

You cannot give what you do not have. It is not possible to love others--not if you stop and examine love--unless they love themselves first.

Once you do love yourself first then you have endless love to share. People who love themselves are the most generous around. Look at Bill and Melinda Gates. Wealthy people give away more money each year than most people make in a lifetime!

The new paradigm, the one replacing that of greed, of people only wanting what they can get for themselves--is powerful and expanding quickly.

Businesses that practice cooperation, that realize there is plenty of business out there for everyone and competition is a moot point, do the best.

Look at the number of businesses that go under every day. Their owners fail to understand or live in the paradigm of the more you give the more you receive--so long as you give freely from your heart. AND you receive it. The Laws are paired--the Law of Giving and the Law of Receiving work hand-in-hand.

How do you give from your heart? You love yourself first

The more love you give away the more love comes back to you, But not just love--everything that is good comes back to you when you give love. Again, you cannot give love unless you love you.

Until you love you you only know ABOUT love. YOU must experience love to know it. You must LIVE love to know it.

You cannot withhold your love when you do love yourself. It exudes from your every pore. You wouldn't want to stop that from happening. You could not stop it because it feels so good to you.

In societies where people call self-love selfish, the goal is to keep people subservient so those in power stay in power. Often those are male cultures where women are taken for granted and told to take care of everyone else first.

Those societies are quickly dying. They always do. Look back through history. The feminine cultures that live in love survive while the male/ run groups collapse and die out.

The more you figure out how to give yourself the adoration, consideration, and endorsement you have been attempting to get from others.

Loving yourself first is not selfish. It is mandatory. Selfish is not doing what you want to do. Selfish is expecting others to do what you want them to do. Now isn't that latter method OF how male /dominated cultures work?

Happiness naturally happens when you love yourself first. Giving to others becomes something you enjoy because it feeds you too.
